ADMISSIONS - NURSERY 2021
Welcome to our admissions page for all children starting in our Nursery setting for three and four year olds from September 2021. Here, we aim to provide you with some of the information you need in preparation for your child’s transition to our setting. In the meantime, it is essential that you complete and return some of the forms detailed below. These are the Parental Funding Declaration, the Tapestry form and the Nursery Additional Information form. You can see your child's class teachers and our new Acting Headteacher for September now by clicking the appropriate video below. If you click on the arrows in the bottom right hand corner of the clip, you are able to view in full screen. Just repeat the action to reduce it. We are looking forward to you visiting us on 30th June. If you have not yet received your child's visit time please contact the school office. Our nursery is a sunny, happy place where children are supported to reach their full potential and children and parents are given a warm welcome to our school family. ORDERING SCHOOL UNIFORM AND LABELS
All items of uniform, both with the logo and without can now be ordered online and delivered to your home or to school.
Please state in the notes section if you would like it delivered to school.

Parental Declaration for Funding Form
This form will provide you with the information you need to obtain funding for attending the nursery. Please follow the information before completing and returning the form.
All parents of children in nursery need to complete this form regardless of whether or not you are applying for the additional funding. If you are not accessing the additional funding, please complete sections 1, 2, & 6. If you are accessing the funding, please complete sections 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6. Please ensure you provide your 11 digit funding number in section in section 3 (at the top of page 2)
