Little Superstars Sports Club
Superstars Sports Club is proud to come into Cobbs Infant School each week to provide an active, structured Multi Sports after school club. Each week the children have the opportunity to learn a sport that they may not have tried before. These range from basketball, rugby, athletics and tennis through to lacrosse, dodgeball and cricket. All equipment is provided and is both sport and age specific. By trying and playing a variety of sports each child gets to develop their own sports fundementals of balance, flexibility, and hand/eye and foot/eye coordination. Superstars Sports Club believes that every child has in them some level of sporting potential and by trying a variety of sports each child has the chance to shine. Many of the world’s leading sports personalities did not start to specialize in their chosen sport until at least junior school age.
The after school club at Cobbs is run by Scott Williams a former professional footballer who played for both Chester City and Warrington Town. He is an FA level 3 qualified football coach and holds coaching qualifications in a range of other sports coaching. He interacts well with all the children and brings out their sporting potential.

Les Petits Pois Fun French
Les Petits Pois Fun French after school classes are packed with songs, props, stories, puppets, parachute games and crafts. The classes are for children aged 4-7 and each week, the sessions are themed to support their school learning such as telling the time and daily routines. Themes include learning the French words for colours, numbers, animals, bugs, clothing, fruits and more. Our classes centre around two peas ‘Monsieur and Madame Pois’ which the children love to interact with! Our main aim is to spark an interest in language learning whilst having fun. They will have lots of opportunities to explore the French language whilst improving their communication, co-ordination, social skills and physical development.
Each week the children will bring home the key words from that session with their craft/colouring activity.
The after school club at Cobbs is run by Beth Hinds who runs both after school and toddler fun French classes in Warrington. Visit the website for more information: https://www.
Pro Sport Coaching
Pro Sport Coaching deliver after school activities at The Cobbs. The clubs help children to develop their skills, improve fitness levels, and foster a love for sports. We operate a football club which focuses on delivering high-quality training sessions for aspiring young footballers. We aim to help the children enhance their technical abilities, tactical awareness, and overall performance on the field, but mainly, enjoy the game and encourage a life-long interest in the sport. We also operate a dance club designed to improve fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, muscle tone and spatial awareness. We prioritise skill development and progression. Our experienced coaches work closely with each child, providing tailored guidance and support to help them advance their abilities, build confidence, and reach their full potential in sports. We also ensure that we focus on sportsmanship and values to emphasise the importance of teamwork, and respect for others. Our coaching approach instils valuable life skills such as discipline, resilience, and fair play, promoting positive attitudes on and off the field.
