OUR REMOTE LEARNING OFFER
We have a remote learning package in place to fully support all children accessing remote education. The teachers plan carefully to provide accessible home learning which closely matches that being taught in school. In the event of a full or partial closure, maximum interaction will be provided including teacher videos and regular individual contact. This supports and continues to develop the already solid relationships and communication established between staff, children and their families.
Remote Learning Plan
For our remote package for Key Stage One children, the main source of communication between teacher and home is via telephone and email. For reception and nursery children this is via Tapestry, our online assessment platform. Please ensure you are able to access your child’s class email account or Tapestry account.
Online Resources
Our Remote Learning Offer will be shared with parents/carers as needed. It provides instructions on how to access a range of different online platforms and resources. These may be included in your child’s daily work or can be accessed to supplement and extend learning. Each individual session may be accessed to suit each family so sessions can be accessed and revisited as necessary so children can secure the learning.
